Homemade Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe

I love being able to make fudge at home, you can make so many different flavours and make as much as you want. I’ve started to made fudge slices and give them out as little gifts for loved ones, they go down a storm! You can change the recipe around to suit you as well, most people use dark chocolate on top of the caramel fudge but I prefer a mix of milk and dark chocolate which gives it a nicer taste.

It’s fine to mix around the recipe although one thing I will say is make sure that the amounts are still the same. Adding too much condensed milk or not enough chocolate and you might find your fudge a little too sticky. If you find this to be an issue you can always try adding 50g of powdered sugar although make sure you sieve the mixture to avoid lumpy fudge.

I would also use good quality chocolate for this recipe, Easy Salted Caramel and White Chocolate Fudge I find normally works better with Cadbury chocolate and hey now have a white chocolate bar which taste amazing!
