Equipment I Used Making My Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
So making these cookies wouldn’t be possible without using the best materials and equipment out there! Of course I use peanut hottie powder but I also use some great kitchen equipment! Check out the affiliate links below and see what I use to make these peanut butter cookies possible!
Any other bits of equipment you use all the time in the kitchen? Let me know and I’ll be sure to check them out. If I can find a way to make these vegan chocolate peanut butter cookies easier to make, I’ll give it a try for sure! I love using my ice cream scoop because it makes sure that all my cookies are the same size, that way they all cook at the same time!
The links above are just a guideline, they’re what I use when I make my cookies but please don’t feel that you have to pay top dollar when you buy your equipment. There are cheaper and more eco friendly alternatives out there. The equipment I use has lasted me years and that’s why I haven’t replaced some of them with an eco friendly option, there’s no point and it would be wasteful. It doesn’t matter what you use, these vegan peanut butter cookies will taste just as good!
Quality of Ingredients
When you’re making these vegan chocolate peanut butter cookies it’s important to look at the ingredients that you use. When you’re making a vegan recipe you might be use to using the same products all the time and not even thinking about looking at them when you buy them, always check!
I’ve used products in the past that were vegan and then for some reason went to being vegetarian and I didn’t notice until it was too late. I also use dairy free products anyway so that wasn’t so much an issue but I prefer to make my recipes vegan whenever possible so I know exactly what goes into my meals.
With this vegan chocolate peanut butter cookies recipe it’s super important to use top quality ingredients to make sure you get the best taste and that’s only half true! I see loads of other recipes saying you have to spend an obscene amount of money on ingredients and sure in some cases the cookies will taste better or have a better texture but that’s not needed.
My partner takes everything I bake into work to let his colleagues try them, they don’t know they’re eating vegan food and wouldn’t unless they got told! They also compliment them everytime and I get most of my ingredients from Aldi, so if you’re making this chocolate peanut butter cookies recipe, don’t worry too much. However if you want to splurge and buy uber expensive ingredients, be my guest.
