Vegan Marble Cake Recipe – Dairy Free Cake Recipe

Vegan cake is the best, there’s nothing I quite like more and to top it off there’s no dairy so I don’t need to worry about being unwell after I enjoy some! It’s a winning situation I’m happy to take part in.

This vegan marble cake recipe will have you amazed with how well your vegan marble cake looks afterwards you might not want to eat it, however, trust me you’ll love it when you do!

In my mind, this isn’t just vegan but it’s a dairy free marble cake recipe because that’s what I base most of my recipes off, being able to enjoy them myself and then making sure everyone else can eat it.

If you’re looking for a simple marble cake recipe, this really is the one for you, I must admit I didn’t get many pictures because it was soon eaten and gone within a day it was that good!

The Best Marble Cake Recipe

There are lods of marble cake recipes out there but I have to say, some of them have like 20 steps and that’s not a marble cake recipe step by step guide that I want so I tried to make an easier version.

For this recipe, I used a round bunt cake tin, easy to use and I lined it with a little butter and castor sugar. I found that the sugar gave the outside of the cake a nice crunch that I had a few positive comments on!

I will also say this vegan sponge cake is a nice moist vegan sponge cake recipe, even if I hate the word moist, it’s not a dry vegan cake recipe unless you overbake it so keep an eye on the time!

The Best Vegan Marble Cake Recipe

In my opinion, this isn’t only the best vegan cake recipe but one of the best vegan marble cake recipes out there. I mean I don’t mind blowing my own trumpet because I’ve tasted it.

Let me know if you try out this recipe or if you would do something different to this yummy vegan cake. If you get stuck please do let me know but I’ve tried to make it as simple as possible because I wanted this to be an easy marble cake recipe.

I would also suggest getting a cake tester or cake skewer for this recipe and all cake recipes that you’re doing. They’re reusable so you just have to wash it after and it doesn’t leave a huge mark as a knife would. They’re also rather cheap.

Enjoy this easy sponge cake recipe and don’t forget to let me know how you got on in the comments!
