Add flour, sugar and yeast into a bowl. Get 300ml water, add the olive oil and a pinch of salt to the water and then mix with the flour. You can add mixed herbs into the dough if you want to give it extra flavour. Mix together to form a dough and then kneed until it forms a sticky dough.
Add flour to a clean surface, kneed the dough for around 5-10 minutes. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a mixing bowl until the bowl is lightly covered, then add the dough back into the bowl. Cover the bowl for an hour and leave the dough to rise to double the size.
Pre-heat the oven to 220c. Once the dough has risen, kneed it for a couple of minutes on a floured surface. Set this aside while you make the sauce. To make the sauce just add all the ingredients into the bowl, add a pinch of salt and it's ready to use.
Roll your dough out to how you want it, it doesn't always have to be perfect and round! Add an even layer of tomato sauce on top and then add your toppings. I put cheese, then toppings and then another layer of cheese for mine.
Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, it may need longer if the base is still a little soft.
