This easter I decided to bake some amazing easter recipes, some are vegan, dairy free or just free from depression as they taste so good. This rocky road recipe will have you happy and fulfilled in seconds.
I will say now that I use a lot of dark chocolate in mine as that’s what we like in this house but you can use milk chocolate on its own if you wish.
I have seen loads of rocky road recipes out there and you can custom them however you want, this creme egg rocky road recipe, however, is the best thing for an Easter treat.
How To Make Rocky Road
There are loads of ways to make rocky road but I like to keep my simple and not add a whole host of ingredients that people just don’t like. An example, the husband doesn’t like glace cherries so I didn’t add any.
This creme egg rocky road doesn’t only have creme eggs in however, it’s also a mini egg rocky road as I know people who love both so I decided to add both in the mixture.
This Cadbury creme egg rocky road literally has the eggs, biscuits, marshmallows and chocolate in the mixture and to me that makes it taste even more amazing!
You will need a silicone baking tray if you’re wanting a quick and easy baking process. Just pour all your mixture into the tray, leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours and then you have the best rocky road to eat!

Ultimate Rocky Road Recipe
This easter rocky road is the ultimate easter rocky road if you want my opinion. Make sure you use the mini creme eggs unless you’re making a huge batch and they will be surrounded and covered.
This rocky road recipe UK style is everything us brits need at easter, I mean I’m yet to meet many people in the UK that don’t love creme eggs! I only use one bag of creme eggs but if you love them, maybe add 2 or 3.
Cadbury Creme Egg Recipe
- 200g Milk Chocolate
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 200g Mini Marshmallows
- 100g Digestive Biscuits
- 1 Bag Creme eggs
- 1 Bag Mini Eggs
- On a medium heat melt the chocolate on the hob. While this is melting in a separate bowl break the digestive biscuits, add the marshmallows and eggs.
- When the chocolate has melted, mix it together with the dry ingredients. Transfer the mixture into a silicone baking tray and leave in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting and enjoying.
