There’s one thing I love and that’s gin! Gin sorbet was something I had in mind to make for a while now, I’ll put it out there I’ve never made a sorbet recipe before in my life but I wanted to do this because it looks so tasty and it’s lovely on a hot night in the summer when you’re wanting something naughty to eat. I wanted to make it classic however which is why I added tonic, to keep people happy!
Gin & Tonic Sorbet Recipe
Gin and tonic sorbet is actually really easy to make, takes hardly any time at all and will have you wondering why you never made it before. This can also be seen as a berry sorbet because the ingredients I use are a blend of goodness. This recipe I decided to use Opies red berries in pink gin, it gives the sorbet an amazing colour and the taste is to die for!
If you’ve never made sorbet before I’d say this gin sorbet recipe is the one to try, it literally takes minutes to make and then you just need to leave it in the freezer for a bit!

Opies berries in pink gin – this is the key ingredient in this berry sorbet gin recipe, without it there’s no gin and no flavour! You can buy Opies berries pretty much anywhere and they’re so tasty!
Food processor – without this the recipe will be a nightmare to make and hardly possible unless you want to spend hours mushing berries! Make sure you have one of these in the kitchen and you’ll be able to make so many more recipes!
Freezable tub – If you’re going to actually finish the recipe then you’ll need one of these, make sure you can freeze it and that it’s big enough.
