If you’ve got bananas at home and you don’t know what to do with them and don’t want to throw them away, make banana cookies! I put together this really simple banana cookie recipe so not only can you use up your old bananas, but they taste so much better after! Banana cookies are so yummy I’m always making them and there’s no reason why you shouldn’t either!
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
I love chocolate and that’s why I put two kinds in this banana chocolate chip cookies recipe, there’s both milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips added to give it that wow factor! I think the white chocolate is nice and subtle in the banana cookies and the milk chocolate chips stand out and taste just as good. With the added chocolate as well these are really nice chewy banana chocolate chip cookies!

Easy Simple Banana Cookies Recipe
The one thing I like about this recipe is it’s easy and straight forward. You pretty much add the ingredients together, mix them up and make some yummy cookies. What I will say is that if you want flat, thin cookies you’ll need to put less mixture onto the tray, whereas I like big cookies so I add a little more as you can see from the pictures! I’d like to say they’re healthy banana cookies but there is a bit of sugar in there, I’m sure you could replace the sugar if you wish but it might not have the same taste.
As you can see from the pictures I like to make my cookies a little bigger than most people, more like banana rock cakes! I leave them in a little longer as well so they’re crispy banana chocolate chip cookies that everyone can enjoy! I love banana recipes and if you’ve not done so already take a look at my Easy Simple Banana Bread {Gluten, Sugar & Dairy Free}. I’m sure everyone will love these easy banana cookies and if you make them let me know how well they did! You might also find people calling them banana biscuits but I like cookies better!
