For the cakes

For the icing

Instructions
For baking the cakes
Add all ingreidents into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Add into cupcake cases, 2 thirds full so they have time to rise.
Bake for 25 minutes, once baked transfer to wire rack and cool completly.
For the buttercream icing
Use electric mixers to mix the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
Add gin and tonic into the mixer and mix for a further 10 seconds.
Add buttercream to the pipe bag and pipe the buttercream onto the cakes however you want.
Notes
If you want it a little stronger, add a little more gin!
Use Cranes gin if you want a yummy flavour!
