Mix all ingreidtnets till combined well in a bowl.
When the mixture is dough form flour the side and roll dough until it's around 2mm thick.
Use a large star cutter to cut out stars, transfer these to a silicone baking sheet and then use a smaller star cutter to make the inside star hole. (If you would like to turn these into tree decorations you can poke a hole through the top for a ribbion to go into at a later date).
Place one boiled sweet in the centre of the hole, no more otherwise it will spill out.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 190'C.
