Vegan Christmas Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 125g Butter
- 70g Icing sugar
- 220g Plain Flour
- 1 bag Foxes Fruit sweets
- 2 tsp Mixed spice
- 2 tsp Water
Instructions
- Mix all ingreidtnets till combined well in a bowl.
- When the mixture is dough form flour the side and roll dough until it's around 2mm thick.
- Use a large star cutter to cut out stars, transfer these to a silicone baking sheet and then use a smaller star cutter to make the inside star hole. (If you would like to turn these into tree decorations you can poke a hole through the top for a ribbion to go into at a later date).
- Place one boiled sweet in the centre of the hole, no more otherwise it will spill out.
- Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 190'C.
