Christmas Vegan Marzipan Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 500g Marzipan
  • 200g Chocolate

Topping (optional)

  • 20g Blitzed almonds

Instructions
 

  • Divide your marzipan equally and roll into balls. The size is up to you.
  • Melt the chocolate, once melted dip the marzipan balls and cover completley. Decorate if you want with almonds or other treats.
  • Leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of 10 minutes before enjoying.
