Easy Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 225g Plain Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 110g Light Brown Sugar
  • 110g Berry Granola
  • 1 Egg
  • 120ml Sunflower Oil
  • 10g Oats
  • 200ml Soya Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 120g Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 180c, line a cupcake tray with 12 paper or silicone muffin cases.
  • Mash the banana, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you have a thick batter mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into the muffin cases, filling generously and decorate with oats. Bake for 25-30 minutes until well risen and lightly golden.
